1. Product Representation

  • Artisanal Items: For hand-bound journals and bespoke crafts, minor variations in texture, grain, and finish are inherent to the artisanal process.
  • Handmade Jewellery: Every piece in our jewellery range is assembled by hand. Stated measurements are nominal and may vary slightly from piece to piece.
  • Colour Variation: We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can. Faceted crystal, hand-poured glazes, leather and other natural materials reflect light differently, so the colour you see may shift with the lighting around it. Screens, devices and browsers also render colour differently, and we cannot guarantee that your display shows any colour accurately. A slight difference in shade between the photograph and the piece you receive is normal and is not considered a defect.
  • Curated Goods: For home decor (vases, ceramics and glassware), each piece is individually finished and no two are identical in glaze, tone or marking.
  • If you would like more detail on a particular colour or finish before ordering, please contact us and we will be glad to describe it or send an additional photograph.

2. Made to Order, Lead Times & Personalisation

  • Lead Time: Every piece in our jewellery range is handmade to order. Please allow 10 working days for your piece to be made, whether it is made as shown or customised. Working days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays, and the lead time is subject to materials availability. Delivery time is additional to this.
  • Materials Availability: Should a material become unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to agree an alternative, a revised timeline, or a full refund.
  • Personalisation: Where a piece may be personalised, you are responsible for confirming the details you supply, including the initial, letter or spelling. Please check them carefully before approving your order, as personalised pieces cannot be altered or returned once production has begun.
  • Quotations: Custom requests are quoted individually. A quotation is valid for 7 days from issue, and production begins once the quotation is approved and payment is received.

3. International Shipping & Customs (Crucial)

For all orders shipped outside of Singapore:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: All prices are exclusive of local taxes. You are responsible for any import duties, GST (e.g., UK/EU), or customs fees levied by your destination country.
  • Importer of Record: By purchasing, you agree that you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any return fees incurred by Vikki Lunez will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns & Fragile Items

  • Fragile Goods: Items such as vases are packaged with professional-grade protection. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.
  • Damage Claims: Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging to initiate an insurance claim.
  • Made-to-Order & Personalised Pieces: These are made especially for you and are not returnable except where faulty. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
